I wouldn't eat sushi just because he's been living in a fish tank but other then that yes I've heard they are quite tasty personally I don't like freshwater fish that much ...

I seem to be having a small problem with my plecos - they are multiplying... and I don't mean I've gotten really lucky and had my commons breed :x

I was under the impression that common plecos were almost completely vegetarian (and perhaps that is wrong) but recently a my little herbivores have been snacking on cod-fish meat being fed to their carnivorus catfish tank-mate.

Are they missing something in their diet? Or is this recorded natural ...

Minus the clown loaches and my tank would be perfect for them :) but I'm seeling my tinfoil barbs anyway (120 gallons is NOT big enough for them :x but they were in a 50 before I got them :|)

3 months is a good age if your thinking about selling them to a petstore (though hanging on to them till they are a bit older will improve their survival rate - and you'll get more money for them :)).

But if your friend knows what she's doing there is no reason not to send her some after they are ...
