Gathering Point

I seem to be having a small problem with my plecos - they are multiplying... and I don't mean I've gotten really lucky and had my commons breed :x

I originally had 1 male baby pleco named charlie now, in the last 2 months I have aquired:

1 14" female sailfin Dolly
- desperate owner because dolly was beating up the other plecos in her 50 gallon

1 12" male common Henry
- desperate owner, just to unload

1 14" female common Ginny
- desperate owner, ginny beating up other plecos

1 3" unknown common
- desperate owner, just to unload

2 2" unknown commons
- a surprise with my new piranhas!

and I've got a male king tiger on the way I am desperate to keep! :)

How does this happen???

I've got 2 120 gallon tanks & I kicked all the plecos out of one because they were making my oscars too nervouse to spawn (3 hungry plecos - I'd be nervous too! :D)

I'd love to find homes for like 4 of the commons but no one can take them, thats how I ended up with them! *sigh* sounds like I'm digging a pond in the spring...

Funny enough - of course given enough room none of the plecos are fighting now! :D They are all totally civil to each other - when will people learn :)...

Nes.
