Re: L-152 Pineapple Pleco
I have one that was sold to me as L95. When I got home I realize it was not L95 and did some research and found out it is a L152 pinecone or pineapple pleco. Mines hides a bit more than I want him to. Does come out at night and when I feed. Swims mid level and kind of looks like a shark swimming ...

Re: New to forum, question about my two plecos
I agree with MatsP, African Rift Cichlids can be really nasty and they also live in different water parameters. The plecos will be fine with each other.

Pleco ID
I have these two plecos in my tank that I'm not sure what they are. Please try to ID them for me. I had to take them out the water because I can't get a picture of them in the water because they hide to much.
Here is the first one-

My L200 is doing the same exact thing you L014 is doing. He didn't even come out when the light where on. I added an HOB filter and added some tetras to the tank and now is doing the exact thing ! What could it be ?

Re: High PH pleco ?
Thanks for all info !!! Yes it is a african rift lake setup with malawai Mbuna cichlids. I do have some driftwood in the tank and does not have an effect on the ph because of the crushed coral substrate. I really don't need nothing fancy, even though one would be nice. Also I want something that ...
