Hi,

they are similar in keeping to the more often kept L 95, pretty easy actually if you offer warm water and good amounts of food.
But your fish looks like a species without L-Number from Manaus, which I keep myself, known as P. sp. "Manaus".

Have one about the same size. Peaceful and grows pretty slow. Active and likes to swim around mid-level of the tank. Eats potatoes, squash, and sinking tabs. Also likes to rest on wood. Best kept separated from aggressive bottom dwellers and large cichlids. Good luck.

Thanks all. I have in a Geophagus/Severum tank with a single 3" red-fin blue eye L-137 I believe is the L#.

While 99% of all my other plecos are in hiding during the day , my L152 is out and about in the tank during the day .... easy pleco

I have one that was sold to me as L95. When I got home I realize it was not L95 and did some research and found out it is a L152 pinecone or pineapple pleco. Mines hides a bit more than I want him to. Does come out at night and when I feed. Swims mid level and kind of looks like a shark swimming. Feeds on carnivore pellets and zucchini and cucumbers.
