Agreed a horrid fish why when so many great looking fish I dont know why.

I used the mark all posts read for a while but recently when you press it it confirms new all posts have been read but then when you click new posts it comes up with the ones that you marked as read. A small problem on a excellant site IMO

It is tongham show and the BLA auction on the same day and Yes Steve its the SVAS show that day shows all the planning to avoid clashes and still things go tits up

Picked this chap up many moons ago and never had a proper ID on his he was purchased as a rhinodoras sp but looks very similar to the Rhinodoras boehlkei ?

Any thoughts on a proper id please?

Dave I have a group of three from the same batch as yours and it wont be long before they put some size on. I keep mine with a couple of without any problems

The tanks are all wooden construction 4"x2" topped with marine ply with two glass viewing panels which are siliconed into place then the whole lot is fibreglassed on top.

When i got these they was a horrid blue colour I have since painted them with a black rubber pond liner paint that ...

My first time showing under CSG rules and have to say very impressed with the judging and comments so you know where you need to improve your fish.

Much like Mats spent more than i had planned in the auction luckly had a friend with a big wallet to sub me till we got back to my house !

I used poseidons-palace for the first batch of tanks to go into the fish house as they was cheaper than kieth at windsor aquatics who I had always used in the past BUT without going into detail the second batch all came from kieth at windsor aquatics. In fact he is making a delivery on tuesday of ...

wont be going this year as i dont think theres many of the aquatic trade there with them going to aquatelford instead.

Last year was shocking for aquatic contacts

My camera washes out the colour so yeah the actual colour is a lot better than seen here, I have someone coming over with a decent camera this week so will get some updated quality shots.
