Re: Mark all posts read
There is a link for this in each forum. Not sure if there is a way to do it for all forums...

Re: Mark all posts read
There used to be one on the forum homepage, and another on the new posts page. IIRC, the latter reset the cookies such that all of the new posts up to that point were marked as read (resulting in no new posts being indicated if you clicked on the new posts link again).

Re: Mark all posts read
At the top of the forum index is a 'Mark all forums read' link, which does exactly that. If this has been reinstated, and answers HH's question, can this be moved to resolved?

Re: Mark all posts read
I used the mark all posts read for a while but recently when you press it it confirms new all posts have been read but then when you click new posts it comes up with the ones that you marked as read. A small problem on a excellant site IMO

Re: Mark all posts read
"New Posts" shows you all of the topics that have been posted to since your last login.
We do not have a "View Unread posts" feature. I could add one.
Marking posts as "Read" removes the color coding in the icons for each forum and topic and resets the "View latest unread post" icon in each topic that has been posted to since your last reset. It has nothing to do with "New posts".
