MatsP is correct, it would be really expensive, and maybe not possible. Also, 55g aren't the ideal pleco breeding tank. If it were me, go with 40g breeders. They are like 36 x 18 x 16 inches. The height of a 55g is crazy, and, in my opinion, to much. U could build yourself a rack, 2 tanks high, for ...

I had 4 spawns from my 2m/2f. What i did is let the ph be at around 7.6-8 for a month that was very hard. For around 6 weeks i brought the PH down to around 6.8-7.2 and it had a hardness of about 80-120 ppm. I had them in a 20g long i believe. Sand bottom with tons of driftwood and 2 caves at each ...

Hey everyone, been a long time since i posted. While i have sold of all my pleco colonies, i can tell you this. I am one that thinks the zebra is overrated. In my opinion, L134 are better looking than zebras, and in my opinion, are the best looking pleco under 5 inches. I know my words won't mean ...

Hi everyone
I just wanted to say hi. I haven't been paying attention to plecos much lately. I sold my L260 and L066. I am breeding BN right now. The reason i sold them is because my dad and i built a 180g tank for tropheus ilangi and syno. petricola. When i do plan to get back in it the first species will be ...

These hypancistrus species are very difficult to distinguish. As janne said, there are tons of species sold as L333 that are not. There is easily 10 variants that are confused very easily as L066 and L333. Yann and Janne identified mine as L066, but one of my females has the color of yours, Oscar ...
