Seriously though, any suggestions on their treatment?

I recently acquired a group of P. tigris and have noticed white patches on some of their fins. Attached is an image of the problem. Can anyone identify this ailment? Any suggestions for medication and prognosis? I am quite worried and any help would greatly be appreciated!

Yeah maybe, although P. Anthrax (or any other Pseudolithoxus from what I see) does not have the white tip on on the dorsal and caudal fin. Same body shape as Pseudolithoxus though.

The pleco in the pic was sold to me as L255, the spotted Medusa pleco. However after a quick photo comparison, i'm not even sure if it is in the Ancistrus genus!

Can anyone help me identify this fish?
