Hi all, I have a pair of l257 (pseudo litho us Tigris) I've had them for about a week now and the female has not eaten a thing, nor has she even moved! She sits out in the open at the back of the aquarium. She is very thin and her face is starting to get bony. Does anyone here have any suggestions as to how I might help this girl to start feeding and settled in? I know for a fact they are wild caught. Food offered so far is bloodworms, beef heart with garlic, algae wafers, new era plec pellets, hikari seaweed extreme. There are plenty of hiding holes, the 125 litre tank is heavily planted and filled with remineralised RO water.
Any suggestions?
l257, wild caught's won't feed....help!?

Try Repashy Meat pie. Although I haven't directly seen my L257 them eat it, it's usually gone the next day.
Based on the their dark excrement I would also assume mine munch on driftwood or almond leaves.

Supposedly garlic is an appetite stimulant. Either try soaking food in garlic extract, rubbing cut garlic on the food item, or feeding food which has garlic in it (like Thera A+ New Life Spectrum, NLS, pellets).
