Where to post id of non catfish?
I have 2 fish that i need id of but they are not catfish..where should i post the pics?

until it outgrows that tank, yes. p senegalensis can reach 20"/50cm at least (sometimes even bigger) and it can and does prey on other fish.
non-spiny non-nocturnal fishes less than half its' own length are eaten.
The Red Snakehead, like the famous RedTail and the TigerShovelNose, is not a pet at all. I see them popping up as brighly colored juveniles in many LFS, but with an adult length of 1 metre and a weight up to 20kg (about 40 pounds) it's more like a carnivorous "aquatic hog"; suitable for the BBQ not the fishtank.
btw in many countries C micropeltes is viewed as a pest; people dump their overgrown pets into the wild and all mayhem breaks loose for the local fauna.
I believe they might be banned in Florida (dunno for sure, though) because of this.
