The fish at the bottom picture looks like an adult Red Snakehead, Channa micropeltes. According to Baensch Aquarium Atlas it grows to 39"/100cm.

The bichir looks like the regular Polypterus senegalus. The snakehead is subadult. Adult C. micropeltes do not have any orange at all.

One more question...do you think the Polypterus senegalus will be ok with plecos.clown loaches and raphael catfish in a 75g tank?

until it outgrows that tank, yes. p senegalensis can reach 20"/50cm at least (sometimes even bigger) and it can and does prey on other fish.
non-spiny non-nocturnal fishes less than half its' own length are eaten.

The Red Snakehead, like the famous RedTail and the TigerShovelNose, is not a pet at all. I see them popping up as brighly colored juveniles in many LFS, but with an adult length of 1 metre and a weight up to 20kg (about 40 pounds) it's more like a carnivorous "aquatic hog"; suitable for the BBQ not the fishtank.

btw in many countries C micropeltes is viewed as a pest; people dump their overgrown pets into the wild and all mayhem breaks loose for the local fauna.
I believe they might be banned in Florida (dunno for sure, though) because of this.
