Sorry I can't get a better photo, he's camera shy Most common pleco's I'm used to dealing with are darker, with shades of black and gray.
This little fella is much, much lighter.. with a sandy hue and orange/rust colored fins, his dorsal is so so light it's almost clear. Still a common pleco? If not, what could he be? Thanks.

That looks like a (somewhat raggedy) veiltail bristlenose. Attach a few slivers (cut julienne style if you know your cookery) of cucumber to a stone with a rubbet band and he'll soon become more brave in front of you and the camera.
