at 15 days of age it is almost impossible to pinpoint who the parents are of these fry.. at this stage 90% of the fry look very similar to each other. i would give it 2 or 3 more weeks before they start growing into their adult colors.. anything right now would just be a guess..

madattiver, thanks for the pointer!!! ... dun see u visiting petfrd now, do ya?
i actually have been busy lately.. haven't been visiting anywhere much.. was there yesterday and saw the post on the fry and was going to add pics of my fry too.. maybe will do that now
Just thought that I might as well take out those species which are unlikely suspects So below the list of the likely culprits. Gonna take a pix in another week when they're about 1 month old
Thanks Ian! Arrrggggghhhh!!! I really thot I could have more hastatus. Oh well, at least now my list is shortened Do you mean in another one months' time (when they're 7 weeks old)? Or you mean when they're one month old (in one week's time)?
All right finally managed to sneak some time out to take some pixs. Below are the fries. Majority of them are 10mm big now and starting to take tubifex worms
Thanks Ian!! Will try to get a picture of them when they're 5 or 6 weeks old. Right not, they're already feeding on tubifex and the maximum size of the fry is 12-14mm
