This fish came to me about 4yrs ago with 2 pitbull LDA25s (was listed as 3 pitbulls but this one certainly is not), my research lead me to 'dwarf goldspot' parotocinclus, I thought I would post here to see if anyone knows if it has an L Number, although I do not believe it does, I am not an expert, he is built the exact same way as a pitbull but with the brown base and gold spots, as in the photograph

This species is found together with in the wild, and is common as bycatch. In fact I have seen entire shipments of "P. jumbo" comprising of this species.
The cat-elog lists it as , but Wels Atlas I refers to it as P. sp. "Recife", as they didn't feel it's a good enough match to P. spilosoma.
Either way, its the same thing.
