Dwarf Gold Spot

This fish came to me about 4yrs ago with 2 pitbull LDA25s (was listed as 3 pitbulls but this one certainly is not), my research lead me to 'dwarf goldspot' parotocinclus, I thought I would post here to see if anyone knows if it has an L Number, although I do not believe it does, I am not an expert, he is built the exact same way as a pitbull but with the brown base and gold spots, as in the photograph

This species is found together with

Parotocinclus jumbo

in the wild, and is common as bycatch. In fact I have seen entire shipments of "P. jumbo" comprising of this species.

The cat-elog lists it as

Parotocinclus spilosoma

, but Wels Atlas I refers to it as P. sp. "Recife", as they didn't feel it's a good enough match to P. spilosoma.

Either way, its the same thing.
