Re: need help identifying
I will try and post some photos! They are about 5-6 inches long...it's really tacky decor! I have a medusa head and a "old pottery" fashioned jar I bought for $1 each because they were clearance and I needed something fast for them to hide in that they wouldn't get hurt on... I have plastic plants ...

Mine will be out during the day, but I have had them for 6 years now and they are comfortable with the low traffic in the living room and low ...

Help id this brown with black spots pleco?
I got this guy free from someone when I picked up some other fish and he had no idea what kind of critter it is! And I'm terrible at identifying :) Is he just a common pleco? Hoping someone here can help! :) Thanks! http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a66/Angelface23/IMG_0462.jpg http://i9.photobucket ...

Re: wanting to have a go at breeding corys, need alot of adv
Curious, any follow up? have you decided to breed corys? and if so, what kind of set up have you put them in? I have a dedicated tank for them as I don't want the eggs eaten by anyone else as all my other tanks have fish that would happily snack on eggs! Good luck and hope you've decided to try your ...

Thanks Jools!

They do play in plants and ruin them, they are very feisty critters with a lot of personality...I just wish they were easier to find in the stores or even for order around here!

Tetras...when I first purchased the cats I was told they would go with anything and still being fairly new to catfish I bought black skirt tetras, which were fine, and then I bought lemon tetras...and they were quick and expensive snacks! They will eat whatever fits in their mouth, neons, cardinals ...

Re: Auchenipterichthys coracoideus habitat information please.
Mine always have huge appetites!! They eat me out of house and home some days! I've started breeding guppies for them..they have demolished most of their tank mates except one lone gourami...and I used to keep them with some african cichlids at one time. I'm hoping now that they are mostly alone ...
