S. Nigriventris mysterious death. Plz Help!

Hello there, I found one of my S. Nigriventris upside down (yes, that's right!) and white... it was gone! I examined it, and it had yellowish greenish slime from its mouth and its belly was extremely big! When i bought it i chose a slim one and a fat one (male/female) but it might've been something ...

S. Eupterus behaviour.

I've had my Eupterus for a month now, in a 150L tank. Is it normal for the fish to 'move' territories? Sometimes it stays in one place, and sometimes i see it attacking the s. nigriventris to make them leave another place it's temporarily at. Basically, I'm being a bit cautious. Is mine an ...

Wow this is a coincidence, but i bought a Syno Eupterus also today, and its dorsal fin was nipped. The fish shop kept it with cichlids so i fink they were the problem. I fink ur syno is a bit worse off than mine but i asked the fish shop whether the fins will heal and they said yep, and everyone ...

Breeding Royal Whiptail Catfish

hey there, There are a pair of these that i can buy off a private seller for a low price, but do u fink they'll breed? I'm gonna adjust water to their liking and the tankmates at the moment are just S.Nigriventris, maybe 1 S.eupterus later. Otherwise they'll be on for show only! I'd love to breed ...

What pleco to live with S. Nigriventris and congo tetra?

Hey!

I'm planning to get a pair of pleco, so they can clean up and bcoz there will actually be a catfish in the aquarium at day time, lol.

Im not sure what species to get through, default would be a pair of bristlenose, but that seems ordinary.

Ideas anyone? Thanks!

Heyyy, there was a little depression of blood worms last night and this morning it was all gone! The guppies must've been too small to eat them all, so i rekon it must've been the catties... phew, crisis over.

Thanks guys. I just need to get a hold of some mosquito larvae or something lol.

Stocking Ideas: 36x12" syno display aquarium

Hey! I have an aquarium that's 36x12" base and was considering stocking it with Synos. Living in Australia, we're not available to all the catfish you guys have (well, not as readily at least ><) So erm, I was thinking of some S. Multipunctatus and maybe S. Eupterus (depending if their max size is 6 ...
