:shock: I purchased some butterfly cichlids at lfs, anomalochromis thomasi... it will be a ten gallon tank with several plants and a heater at 79 I think... 200gph flow on the filter..

he is a spledens... I dont think it was him he has lived peacefully with ghost shrimp( i do have a female betta who is a killer)... the babys were about a 1/2 inch

the parameters are all good ... the store did a dip stick with paper?? should I take it to another store?? Should I do another small or large h2o change>>?? will my girl be alone for a week or so??

I hope the experts come in fast for you... if you have a qt tank gently remove the eggs like mop them up with java moss or something simliar and place them in a seprate tank

what type of pleco?? some are omnivorous like everything... so are herbavores eats things like veggies and some are carnivorous ie eat meat
