Re: Featherfin update
IME eupterus get a bit of a bad rap. I've yet to have one that is a bully in any sense of the word. Heck, my past adults and current juvie even get along with shrimp with no apparent problem as long as he/she is well fed

Beautiful hybrid - I'm always wary just because I have no idea how large any given hybrid might grow, keep us updated as he grows!

Yellow ("Gold") Nigrita?
I'm sure I'm not the only one who has noticed postings for Synodontis Nigrita "Gold" on the aquabid/ebay sites. I just came upon this "bright yellow syno" video on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q4PKMnZZchw Also looks to be nigrita? Do we think these are simply recessive, albino phenotypes ...

Re: Syno? ID please
Nearly positive that I used to have a group of three of these several years ago - really fun little cats & never grew up all that much past about 3" Have you looked at Synodontis sp. (6) : http://www.planetcatfish.com/common/species.php?species_id=1945 Seemed to be the closest ID I could come up ...

Synodontis Schoutedeni grouping?
Hello all, I'm interested in Schoutedeni and have been scouring the internet to determine if it can be (or should be) kept in a small group of 3 or so. It seems to be on the lower end of the syno aggression spectrum, but thought it would be best to hear it first-hand from keepers. Also, the plan is ...
