They are pretty young. The photos shorten the body a bit and now you mention it, they seem a bit shorter than my last ones. I got those as adults, tho, so don't know their developmental stages.

The two rescues from two years ago are still around and fully regenerated quickly. They are not growing as fast as my previous decora, but they aren't changed as often and don't have as big a tank. The gill covers on both are turned back a bit.

Even worse my tap water PH is 6.3! so it comes out low and takes a dive strait away, i now use a KH buffer and its been at PH7 for the past week nice and stable!
