Cory with Cataracts?

Cory with Cataracts?
I have a cory which I think is a Herald Shultz's Corydoras (Corydors shultzi) but it has these wierd blueish grey eyes, and I'm wondering if it has cataracts or something. I know fish can get them, and I saw a FW angelfish with them once. Other than that, the fish is perfectly healthy and active, and its eyes are not bulging out or anything, just discolored. It reacts to touch or vibration( tapping on glass) and it'll swim away if one of the other cories touches it, but if I wave my hand on the outside of the aquarium, even when it's right next to the glass, it can't really see me.
