HELP!! Asian red tail

My asian red tail catfish is mopeing around my tank and he isnt looking to happy. is there any thing i can do to make him more happy. he is about 4.5-5 inches. he isnt eating, and he ALWAYS eats I dont know what is going on i have never seen him like this im kind of scared that he is going to die

Have you tested the water?
What were the results?

If not and you haven't got a test kit, first thing i would do is a few 30-40% water changes.
