Also have Nerite snails and RCS. The nerites and Otos were in first (but I only had 2 otos make it that I got locally)..
then I got 9 more otos and 20 c. pygmaeus shipped in a month ago. Lost 6 of the cories in shipping, 2 more shortly after and 2 more the first week I think.
I believe I have a dozen cory left.
any chance on breeding C. Pygmaeus and Otos in the same tank?

I also ordered some pygmy corys last year. They can be delicate and I also lost some. I still have 6 and am about to rehome them in a heavily planted 55 gallon tank along with 20 Otos and a few dozen neocaridina.
I believe I will be able to watch the corys and the otos breed. No guarantees, but I see no reason it shouldn't work. I've found in the past that none of those inhabitants will eat the eggs. Let's see if that holds true.
