searching for small SA pleco species.....

Post by sascha »

I have a 5 gallon mollie tank and i need a pleco but i want to locate a small species, preferable South American. it is well planted with full spec lighting and i am having a bit of an algae problem a bit more than the snails can handle.
Thanks,
Sascha

Your best option would be a pair of

Otocinclus

Fantastic little algae eaters! You may find that once they have cleaned your tank up, you will want to feed them algae wafers or pellets.
