Blue eyed Red fin
Managed to take some close up photos of my Hypostomus soniae L137. I am really impressed with this pleco. I have kept it for about 3-4 years, its about 7"-8". This pleco is extremely hardy, not shy to feed in front of you and has amazing colouration. Just wanted to share the pictures with you all

Re: Blue eyed Red fin
I have 3 of those guys. My biggest one is close to 7 inches. My big one is pretty shy. I will try and get pics of him. Very nice looking pleco!

Re: Blue eyed Red fin
I have very dim lighting in the tank, that really helps with the shyness. I just use a large arc pod for a 5ft tank. The L137 is also living with a Hypostomus faveolus L037, Squaliforma cf. emarginata L011 and Pseudorinelepis genibarbis. They all leave peacefully together. I used to keep Royals with them but the Hypostomus hogged all the food.
