ok, I had Dale ID these guys at the catfish convention. I bought them as L174 wilds before the ban. Dale ID'd them as such, but I just want to double check since they just bred again! I got them quite young when they were imported 2 inches or so...The first attempt of breeding didn't work out
This is the best picture I have managed to get over the years... Obviously I am not going to tear the tank apart to get a picture at the moment but will after he is done caring for the fry if need be...
Just want to make sure the ID is correct if I decide to sell any fry.
I think we should keep the discussion in one place - it can get VERY confusing if one person replies here, and someone else comments in the other thread...
Just to be clear, I didn't think you were "causing trouble" - I'm just trying to prevent a situation where one person is commenting here, and another is saying something to the contrary in the OTHER thread, and the two not being aware of each other. I have been in this situation on a different forum, where someone kept two threads going at the same time, and crossing between the two with his/her comments, and I'd say something in one thread, someone else saying something completely different, and then the original poster being confused [we did sort it out eventually, but some quite unnecessary extra discussion was caused by this].
To avoid posts in this thread, where the same subject is covered in the "Loricariidae" section, I've locked this topic (I just had to move a post from here to the other thread).
