Which Rineloricaria sp?

Post by bronzefry »

I got three of these at a fish club auction last night. They were labeled as Rineloricaria lanceolata:

They range in size from 2-1/2" TL to 3-1/2" TL.
Thank you! :D

Since no one has answered you, I'll hazard a guess...
The pictures aren't that clear if there are white raised spots along the flanks they could be Rineloricaria cf. platyura.

They could be Rineloricaria lanceolata, they are still quite small and they will change a little when they grow...there are several "local species" of R. lanceolata slightly different.
