My L129 - sexing (added pics of the 100 %male)
Hello everybody. I have now 2 L129, the others i had have been given to a friend and i kept only one, then i bought anither one that looked like a male.
I post here the pics of the one that's less hairy.
May be a female?
Upper side:
she was a little stressed, normally colors are brighter... As soon as i'll catch the other one I'll take some pics

Re: My L129 - sexing?
Hi,
I am not one expert, but I would say it is a male.
For me a female would be larger at the pectoral fins level.
Let's see what the expert think about it.
Bye,
Matien

Re: My L129 - sexing?
I think that is a female, females is wider over the body between the pectoral fins and males is wider over the head at the eyes and gills when they are mature. Of course there exist some really fat males too but that is not a normal condition.
