Bronze cory breeding

Post by Taratron »

How large do bronze cories have to be before they can be set up to breed? :)
But if you tame me, then we shall need each other. To me, you will be unique in all the world. To you, I will be unique in all the world..... You become responsible, forever, for what you have tamed.

The size is relatively unimportant, its if the fish are mature that counts. Obviously the bigger the fish are the larger the spawns tend to be. So I would say if your C. aeneus are over 40 mm sl. (body length) (Females get to around 70 mm sl.) and you can sex them its worth giving them a try.
