Hi

I'm trying to help a user on a danish forum with this little fella:

It's app 4.5 cm and bought as a snowball. I was thinking of maybe a Otocinclus sp. or similar?

thanks

Cant'be a Parotocinclus. It lacks adipose fin.

I agree "Otocinclus" sp. 2, even when in this species shape head resembles more a Parotocinclus. Probably that species is neither a Otocinclus, read the note in the Cat-elog:
Notes on ID This exciting new species may not actually belong to the genus Otocinclus; it's impossible to say for certain from the photographs.
