synos and epsom salt

I have a 110 gallon with a mated pair of dempsys 3 synos and a royal pleco. My male dempsy has bloat and I want to treat him with epsom salt will my synos be ok

It is best to treat fish separately in a small hospital tank, rather than treat the entire tank. This will ensure the diseased fish gets the best benefit of the treatment and will avoid any potential mishaps involving other fish.
