Any ideas on the Id of this fish

The photo is very small but my best guess would be .

I was offered them as L236's but the thing that put a doubt in mind was I have read that very few L236's are imported into Europe and that a lot of L236's are in fact L399/L400's

I think that this whole group of species is quite a mess right now anyway.
