2 Bullheads in same tank?

Well, stricly speaking, a single Bullhead will require a tank that is more than 3 foot to the shorter side anyways... At least if we go by the 4L x 2L x 2L, where L is the length of the fish. The smalles bullhead, Black Bullhead, grows to about 16", so would need a 32" side to the tank. The bigger species, such as the Yellow or Brown grow to over 20", and will need even bigger tanks...

So a 125 gallon is really on the small side for your single-bullhead...

I once had 2 channel cats in a 25.gal one was 10in they other was 12in thet were crouded but it worked out okay.
thell they started fighting and up-rooting plants and made
the water un-clear. so i did away with the 12 incher.
