a) Size. 29 gallons
b) Substrate. small-med. sized gravel
c)Filtration. biowheel thingy
d) Furnishings. - plastic plants
e) Other tank mates.- briliant rasboras and neon tetras plus 2 blackfin cories (leucomelas or something i think)
f) How long has it been set-up? almost a year, but a few months ago i added the current fish and a few weeks ago i added the problem cory. (panda cory, jeuvenile)

The first thing that comes to mind is the temperature, in my opinion it is to high, for C. panda and would be better around 24ºC (75º F) or slightly less.
