Short film of spawning c. aeneas

Post by aeberbach »

Though some might find this interesting:

1.8M 29 seconds long

Caught this by chance this morning. This is the second spawning in 8 days.

Yes they are just plain bronze, my first two Corys ever. I was amazed the first time I found eggs in the tank, had no idea my pair were male and female. I have eight fry from the first spawning that are growing in a floating fry keeper now. Am currently learning all about microworms and brine shrimp.

Thanks it's very generous of you! But all things like that are prohibited by customs, nothing living can be imported into Australia without a lot of paperwork and quarantine time.

I have some brine shrimp hatching - here's one of my little guys after a hearty meal of it:

The microworm culture is less certain but I hope to see them climbing the walls of the container in a couple of days. Apart from that I have the JBL "baby" food with three grades of flake.
