Hi!
I just aquaired 5 of them by the name of c.arcuatus... 5e for piece... :D

I know that their is no info on them, but does anybody know temp range for them?!?!
Do they prefere warmer water??

I have had C. super arcuatus for a number of years. They require no special conditions. My tank has a pH of 7 and temperature in the mid 70's.

Mark, did you bred them??
I have found no data of breeding...

Yeah, a temperature of about 75 degrees is just fine for these fish. I've heard that they are more sensitive to nitrates than most cories, so you might want to be careful of that.

Breeding these guys is similar to breeding C. aeneus, though it is supposedly tougher to entice C. arctuatus to spawn. Conditioning, and water changes with cooler water seem to help.

I have not been able to breed them. I do not know anyone who has.

I have 2 filters(hang-on and corner box) on my allready cycled 10G tank, so i think corys would be fine...
They are sharing tank with some c.schwartzi, but this is only temp solution... :wink:

If someone else has something to say, be free to do! :D
