you need to start feeding the tank heavily I can see in the pictures you posted that the fry are very skinny and the belly are sunkin. the success you have is another step in saving this specie good luck on the next spawn it should be happening very soon.

Congradulations, Here's hoping theres plenty more where that came from. I agree with L046, the fry need fattening up a bit. I've found mine go mad for "Tetra Prima", once thewy start, they eat pretty ferociously. Try and feed them a little 3 times a day, it's diificult to judge when they are in with the parants, but you'll soon figure out how much they eat. Try and stay near the tank as you dothis and it helps in making thema little bit more people friendly. By the time they're 6 months old they'll be eating out of you hand!!!!!!!!!!!!

Par boil a little corgette just before you got bed and put it in with some led weight.

Well I was cleaning out the tank a little yesterday. Taking pieces of driftwood out making sure I didn't have any baby fish attached to them when I came acrossed the piece of driftwood a male zebra was always in. When I looked in the hole sure enough there he was. Along with him were at least 6 more fry! They have spawned again! From what I can tell, they must be 2-3 wks old and the yolksac is still somewhat present. They are starting to get the coloration of the adults on the head and tail already. I was so happy to see them. Needless to say the piece of driftwood stayed put and worked around them.
