Sick L024 what to do?
Hello!
I got a L024 (about 12cm SL) about 6 days ago.
This fish has been at my trusted LFS for weeks and has been teasing me to buy it.
Since yesterday it hasn't been doing so well and now I had to quarantine him since the other plecos were harassing him.
The fish seems to have lost weight, has cloudy eyes and is lethargic (I could have catched him by hand).
Unfortunately I didn't see his excretions.
The other fish are healthy and thriving!
Do you have any recommendations if it's bacterial, fungus or parasite related?
I am currently setting up a quarantine tank so I can medicate him as needed.
My water parameters are:
Temp: ~28°C (+-0,5°C) / ~82°F
pH: ~7,2-7,6
GH: ~7°d
KH: ~6°d
Ammonio: 0ppm
Nitrite: 0ppm
Nitrate: ~15 ppm
I currently do 2 water changes a week
Here is a (bad) picture of him (the distortions are ripples on the waters surface) if more or "specific" pictures (like eyes) are
needed I can take more, but I didn't want to stress him out even more:

Hi TomSerious,
Sorry it's not doing well. I understand that the photo is distorted by water ripples, but is the fish as thin as it appears in this photo?
If so, I struggle to imagine it got this thin in the 6 days you've had it. If it's this thin, I suspect it was thin when you bought it.
What are you feeding it? Is it eating anything at all?
Regards, Eric

Hey Tom, the picture really makes it look horrible. I hope it is in better condition than the picture suggests.
I think we need a better picture for now.

Hello
Unfortunately he passed away shortly after I posted.
He was very skinny but not as bad as the picture suggests, yes.
Indeed, when I bought him he already was very skinny.
I feed very good pellet and frozen foods to my tanks and thought he should pull through.
Maybe he had some internal parasites? But I actually treated him for that, maybe not long enough.
It's sad, I should have taken actions earlier
Thank you anyways for your replies, that won't happen to me ever again!

Could have parasites, but maybe just starved.
