Bacteria attack

Hi,

I'm sure the answer is on the forum, but i don't find the part on the health problem for corydoras....
One cory loxozonus was died.
A second have have his 2 eyes all over his body.
All these scales are relieved.
His belly is very swollen.

I think it's a bactéria attack. Wright ? or Wrong ?

I did an anti-bacterial treatment (in France bactopur direct) since 5 days... (in a hospital tank)
But it's not better.

What i must do to cure this disease ?
