Sex my L046 zebra plecos?

One is behind the filter, and one dove under the rocks instead of the caves. I am going to add rams, and L260s to the tank I think. I'm going to try to feed raw deshelled shrimp tonight, should I put the food near them or can I leave it out and have them go after it?
