Best place to look for l numbers online?

Post by Kd67 »

I've been using this site for info for a long time but first time poster. Currently setting up a 180 in the wall of my house and would like to stock it with some colorful Plecos. My problem is that the lfs in my area usually only has common and bristle nose plecos. So I'm wondering where would be a good place to look for fish online.

Thanks for the help.

There are several different places I trust. Wetspottropicalfish.com, Imperial Tropicals, and closer to home for you, tangledupincichlids.com usually hAve some oddball stock. Wet spot may cost you more for shipping as its about as far across the US as you could get...

There are also plenty of quality breeders on here depending on what you are looking for, you may be able to find them locally this way. @CodOnMyRod eh Ruben?

Thanks for the mention Charles. I have ordered fish from all 3 of the places Charles mentioned and recommend all 3. I usually have offspring from a species or 2 available. Let us know what plecos you are interested in getting.

Thanks for the sites guys. Still looking at different ideas for the tank but will certainly ask again when I have narrowed down some.
