Photo is little bit to blurry for a proper ID, try taking a clearer one and we can more helpful
I can stop keeping catfish whenever I want. I just don't think I'll ever want to do that...

Algae is not the problem, Im referring to the resolution of the photo and the fact that the fish is not in focus the of the camera (resulting in the blurry photos). The camera has focused on a small patch of sand behind the fish making everything else blurry, try to get the range of focus on the fish for clearer photos.

If you are only after an ID that is a lucipinnis in the photo... yes it is blurry but I have seen a few well enough to know.
