I have just purchased a plec, that I believe is a type of peckoltia.

Can someone help ID HIM?

It is too young to sex, correct?

Hard to tell based on the angle of those shots. You need to catch it and take a close up photo from the top. You can also wait for a year or so and see if there's significant odontodes.
