There are a lot of fish that stay small like this. It could be but it is honestly hard to tell from the pictures. As far as I know, they are all illegal to import into Aus, so it is pretty much worth whatever the market will bear.

picture Nr.1 shows L 201 and Nr.2 + Nr.3 show L 30.
Check the missing membrane between dorsal and adipose fin in the first specimen which exists in the second and third fish.

Nice catch . That makes the pictures of two different fish, so I would definitely want some better information about the fish, to be safe assuming you were getting the fish in whichever of the pictures.
