The problem with using tadpole madtoms as a subject is that they are either impossible or illegal to keep in many places outside of North America. Now, Glass Cats, however, are a great idea IMHO, but there are lots of other options.

Up to the winners, but I agree it should be something fairly easily available, small, and inexpensive.

Some fish that come to mind.
