Just wondering if there's any shops that are better than others in Thurrock/Basildon/Southend areas, basically along the A13 or A127
I've been to the Trop Shop in Grays. They seem very helpful but in my opinion a bit pricey?
Also been to Fins Aquatics at Thurrock Garden centre and extremely helpful and reasonable prices?(they managed an overnight delivery for a new set of inlet and outlet taps/valves for my ex600 filter)
Any other shops that people can suggest?
Any other catfish keepers in Essex?

Re: Any other catfish keepers in Essex?
Like I said in a previous post, Wildwoods in Enfield is within that area(ish), and have really good selection of fish.
Most Maidenhead Aquatics are good in my experience, but they are a franchise of independent businesses, so each shop will have its own management [1], order different things, and have different "speciality", so it's worth going to different ones.
[1] Sometimes there are shops that belong to the same owner, but they often have their own "stocking manager" - which is the person ordering the fish in to the shop, and determining how many and what price they ask for a given fish.
