removing eggs from the glass
What is the best way to remove sterbai's eggs from the glass? I have the sterbais in a 20 gallon tank.

i use the finger method.. make sure u have clean hands.. roll the egg along the glass until it sticks to your finger and out them wherever u wish to put them.. to remove them roll them off similar to the removal method until they stick to your desired location. just be careful u don't crush the eggs

eggs
hi there,
I used a razor blade to seperate my sterbai eggs from the glass. Sliding the blade down the glass prevents any of the eggs becoming damaged.
I caught them in my fingers catch them.
I have managed to just use my fingers for barbatus eggs.
If the eggs are left for a few days after they have been laid, I think there is better chance of moving them withoutcausing any damage.
Good luck

I think my expirience is the quite opposite, i like to remove the eggs right after the spawning has stoppet, while the eggs are soft and sticky and the embryo is not taking form yet.If the eggs are left for a few days after they have been laid, I think there is better chance of moving them withoutcausing any damage.
Newer bred sterbai though.
