Well now I just have to wade in . . . believe it or not I don't drink
But I used to, and have travelled a fair bit also. Such thirsty work drove me all about, especially to Portland, Oregon (USA) where the microbrewery craft is in abundance, to the tune of some 200 local brews.
#1 without a doubt some Granville Island brew, Honey Nut Brown Ale. Vancouver's best!
#2 Grolsch, love those bottles
#3 Corona, it's just so nice and clean, and lime is divine - you could just guzzle it on a hot day . . .
Of course this is from memory
Must say I don't miss hangovers but I do miss beer w/lime on a hot day. Oh and finally IMHO and just to stir the hornet's nest, American beer is largely rot esp Hamms or Coors, most Canadian beer is not much better, and Guinness is just foul - right up there on my "how can drink this?" list with scotch. Blech.
