Which brochis is this?

Post by Sakana »

Hi, I recently got some of these little guys and they were sold as brochis multiradiatus but now that I have them they look more like brochis splendens. Could someone with more catfish knowledge than me settle the debate?

These aren't Brochis...they're Corydoras, probably C. aeneus.

Thanks for the reply. I realize now this should have gone in the ID my catfish area. I have contacted the company I bought them from and in looking at more pics I can see why they aren't brochis. I took some better pics. Are they still just likely c. aeneus?

Yeah, this is not the first time C. aeneus have been sold as Brochis (and probably not the last, either).
