Could you guys confirm the

Chaetostoma milesi

ID on this fish? They were pretty cheap so I couldn't resist, but the lfs wasn't certain of the ID.

I have one too, paid the equivalent of three bucks for it

Any advice on the keeping of this specie? From the info I have found on the web it doesn't seem to hard to keep.

I had a hard time getting mine to eat at first, lost some, finally tried the growing algae on rocks and raw egg white and grind up fish food painted on rock dried in sun recipe on here and they were fine. they eat everything now.
